Pinewood Derby Day is almost here, and we can’t wait to see all the creativity, hard work, and excitement roll in! To help everything run smoothly on race day—and to protect those carefully built cars—we’ll be holding official Pinewood Derby Check-In and Weigh-In ahead of time.
Check-In & Weigh-In Dates and Times
February 3: 5:30–7:30 PM
February 4: 5:30–7:00 PM
Location
Burlington Town Hall – Senior Center
What to Expect
All Cub Scouts must arrive with a parent or guardian. During check-in:
Cars will be officially weighed and checked
Once completed, families will exit promptly
This process helps us ensure fairness for all racers and—most importantly—prevents accidental damage to the cars before race day. We know how much time and care goes into building them, and we want every Scout’s car to arrive at the starting line in perfect condition.
Thank you for helping us keep the Pinewood Derby fun, fair, and safe for everyone. We’re looking forward to seeing all the amazing cars and cheering on our Scouts! 🏆
